There are no limits to the amount of referrals you can make. (Must be someone you know professionally or personally)

    • Should I refer someone who fits the job description, but isn’t looking for a job right now?

Yes! Receiving a referral from a friend or collegue can improve a candidates chance of getting hired, especially if that candidate has yet to begin their job search. There is great appeal for a ‘passive’ candidate. All it takes is a simple referral to open that door.

    • Can I refer someone who I don’t know very well, but I know fits the criteria?

As of now, you can only refer those you know professionally or personally. When referring your friend or colleague, they will receive an email which asks how they know you. If too many responses come back as “I don’t know this person”, your account may be suspended.
